Best Western Plaza Inn Pigeon Forge

The hotel was safe and immaculately clean inside, I greatly enjoyed it. Beds were extremely squeaky, however it was truly a really good stay.

Their staff were not particularly helpful.

This hotel met all requests! Liked our rooms for the balcony. It was huge and had essentials we needed.

For a 3 star hotel everything was very convenient, I loved to be here. The staff were informative and accommodating and the location was unbeatable convenient to the convention center. Again, it was good for exploring Dolly Parton's Stampede. The room was updated and clean and available with spa tub, a king size bed, fire place.

It was really clean and inexpensive hotel, would recomand. I liked that the room was neat with mountain view. The breakfast had variety of options and included cookies, cereals, pancakes, yogurt and hot waffles.

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay on out next visit. I loved spending my time in this spotless brand-new hotel.

We had a such wonderful stay, the hotel was quiet little, fairly clean, with perfect location on Parkway.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were clean, easy location really close to other attractions as well as restaurants. The room met the demands, updated with our grand children. The service was friendly, including pleasant staff and a superb bar.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Not expensive brand-new hotel with excellent value, we had a very very good stay. The continental breakfast was freshly prepared : fresh fruit, cereal, toast, eggs and hot waffles.

Fast staff and new-fashioned rooms, we had a fairly nice experience. The restaurant was good, excellent service, great food.

The place was fairly clean and not expensive, had best staff with good maid service.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow also the bed of mine was uncomfortable.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, inviting room with a good view.

Comforts of queen room were fabulous - central heating, a writing desk and an iron.

The breakfast was hot, the stuff was helpful, excellent wi-fi. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. It was a perfectly pleasant stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Cute little and spotless place, decent staff. The rooms are nicely furnished and well-appointed with a view of the mountains, a jacuzzi tub.

The staff were lovely and also had a sense of humor. The pool area was nice too. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.

Generally, the place was quiet and had fast stuff with good maid service. I appreciated the room on the 3rd floor, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had a central location and it was short way from Dixie Stampede.

Favorable location, complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. A good beach, pleasant view. Room was absolutely perfect, bed was good. So easy going personnel, were eager to help...

Vibrant spotless hotel and staff was fabulously helpful. The room was well soundproofed, luxurious. They made my stay good. Within short walking distance to the beautiful beach. The restaurant was excellent, with excellent dishes. Easy check-out was useful.

We loved stuff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: flat-screen television, a coffee machine and a writing table.

The staff were incredibly kind, the room was immaculate, I really enjoyed absolutely perfect location. Rooms with fireplace as well as a king size bed. Location so close to the Parkway and restaurants and Pigeon Forge. Also, I visited dolly parton's stampede. The service in the property was good too;)))

Tidy hotel with a brilliant staff and airy rooms. It's just walking distance from Texas Roadhouse, where you can eat something. Very relaxing stay in the lively area.

The staff were well-trained, the breakfast was sumptuous and everything was fabulous.

I loved the beachfront location plus the staff were eager to help. Had well decorated room with fire place, spa tub plus a very comfortable king sized bed for a restful stay.

High quality and stocked rooms, modern decor, fantastic friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast, friendly service. Decent location to the island. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the hotel.

Fairly clean and nice basic hotel with cool rooms. And it also had absolutely perfect view. The stuff was gracious, some of the best in Pigeon Forge.

we thoroughly enjoyed the nice pool. just a 15-minute stroll to the center. had nice dainties at baskin-robbins, located next door to the hotel.

Tbh, rooms were musty. There is bad smell in some places.

If we return to Pigeon Forge we would love to come back here some time. Very clean and well-kept place😃

We totally recommend & would return anytime. The bed was comfy and there was free WiFi.

As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a great selection of restaurants, went to Funky Budha couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away...
